Masami Jewels provides free shipping* on all items within India. *Free shipping is not applicable on gold coins.

+  What is the estimated delivery time?

Most products will be delivered between 7-12 working days from the date of order. Some products might take a little longer and the same will be communicated at the time of purchase.

+  How will the delivery be done?

We process the national delivery only through reputed insured couriers like Bluedart. Please check if we deliver to your pincode. If there is no courier service available in your area, we do apologize for the inconvenience caused.

Your jewellery is shipped in durable, tamper-proof packing that ensures that the contents remain intact. Your jewellery is fully insured till it reaches your doorstep. Please do not accept any package that has been tampered with.

+  Can I change my shipping address after I have place an order?

Until your order is ready to be shipped, you can change the shipping address. Please contact our Customer team at 1800-425- 3767. For orders that are ready for dispatch, we will be able to reship it to your new address as soon as the consignment is returned back to us.

Our 30-day Money Back Policy gives you time to make sure your purchase is perfect. If you need to return it for any reason, we'll happily provide you with a 100% full refund or exchange and we will also pay for the shipping to and fro.

We offer complimentary ring resizing within 30 days from shipping date. If the design doesn't permit resizing, we will replace the ring free of cost with a new ring of the new size. Beyond 30 days from date of shipping, if the design permits, we can resize the ring for a small charge. This is applicable for orders within India only.

If there are any problems with the quality of your piece we'll repair it free of charge and pay the shipping too. If you damage a piece, we'll repair it for you for a very reasonable fee plus shipping. If you are still not satisfied with product, you can return the product to us within 30 days, we have a 30-day Money Back Policy. This is applicable for orders within India only.

Most courier companies will call you before coming over to deliver the item. Please ensure that the mobile number you provide for the Cash on Delivery payment is always available and answered. It is important that your address and landmark are very clear. This will help us locate you easily and complete the process faster. Please be available at the designated address with the complete cash as payment for the item purchased.
